As our People & Culture Partner, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating evroc’s expansion, working at the intersection of talent, business growth, and culture. You will own and drive recruitment, talent strategy, and enabling organizational success.
What you’ll tackle
Talent & Recruitment
- Own the full recruitment cycle for critical technical and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet talent needs proactively.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Ensure a frictionless hiring process with a focus on speed, quality, and experience.
- Build a robust pipeline of future hires in alignment with business growth
People & Organizational impact
- Act as advisor to leadership on people and culture related decisions.
- Drive performance, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining a lean and agile function.
- Develop and implement compensations structures and other applicable policies
- Work with leaders to build a compelling, high-performance culture.
Office & Operational leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our London office, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and office-related services.
- Drive internal initiatives that reinforce team cohesion and company values.
What you bring
- A proactive, get-it-done attitude with the ability to execute at both strategic and operational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record in hiring top-tier tech talent at speed and scale.
- Knowledge of UK labor laws and organizational best practices.
