Job Description:

Job Role: Mid level Engineer

Location: London, UK

Working Type: Onsite working mode (5 Days a week)

Language Needed: Professional fluency in English

Work Position: Min. 6 months Contract (Possible Extension)

Core Skillset:

1. Build, deploy, and support Windows laptops
2. Decommission old devices
3. Good customer-facing communication skills
4. Fluency in English – minimum C1 for speaking and writing

Activities:

1. Install Windows image on new laptops
2. Update hardware inventory systems
3. Physical installation of computers, monitors, and other IT systems at desk locations
4. Confidently communicate with staff at all levels, both written and verbal
5. Assist with hardware disposal
6. Manually lift up to 15kg when moving and repositioning computers and ancillary equipment
7. Use of IT ticketing systems
