About the Role: I am delighted to be supporting my client, a leading consultancy firm, seeking a client-centric Global Mobility Consultant to join the business. In this role, you will work closely with multinational clients to design, implement, and transform their global mobility programs. You will play a crucial role in managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in mobility strategies. This is a client-facing position that requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to navigate complex global mobility challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on global mobility policies, tax compliance, immigration, and relocation strategies.
- Develop and implement mobility transformation strategies, optimising processes and technology to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, tax, legal, and immigration teams, to deliver seamless mobility solutions.
- Utilise data analytics to provide insights into mobility trends and support data-driven decision-making for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global mobility trends, tax regulations, and immigration policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement in client service delivery, leveraging technology and best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in global mobility consulting, international HR, Reward or a related field, preferably within a Big Four environment or a multinational organisation.
- Strong understanding of expatriate taxation, immigration laws, social security, and global mobility best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and HR leaders.
- Commercially astute with a focus on delivering cost-effective and value-driven solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex mobility challenges.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
