The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent team on a permanent basis. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, working closely with your peers, people partners and advisors and stakeholders across the business. This role is integral to the continued success of Redgate, supporting us to find the best talent to meet our strategic goals. You will have the opportunity to lead recruitment processes end to end, guide hiring managers on best practice, and make recommendations all while upholding a fantastic candidate experience.
We are seeking someone who prides themselves on their ability to proactively source candidates, is an advocate for inclusive hiring processes and utilises data to inform their decisions and influence change.
We operate from a flexible hybrid model, that supports a healthy work-life balance. For this role, we’re looking for candidates who live close to our Cambridge office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes from role creation through to offer and acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with select business functions, building strong relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide best practice advice to ensure we maintain a high level of candidate experience and consistently meet stakeholder expectations.
- Excel in sourcing candidates through various channels to find the best talent in the shortest time.
- Pipeline candidates for regularly hired roles, reducing time to hire.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our tools and systems while maintaining data security.
- Collect and analyse relevant data to inform decisions and produce monthly and quarterly reports where appropriate.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of our employer brand, representing Redgate and showcasing its values through social media, in-person events, networking forums, and local partnerships.
- Conduct retrospectives to review hiring processes and suggest strategies to improve talent pipelines.
- Work with external recruitment partners to ensure brand and message consistency.
- Participate in team projects and initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while supporting the team with select projects.
- Experience of proactively sourcing top talent for a range of skill sets and levels.
- Highly proficient in utilising LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations and guidelines pertinent to the hiring process.
- Data literate with a comprehensive understanding of data security and relevant protocols.
- Passionate about recruitment and ensuring outstanding candidate experiences.
- Able to build rapport and strong working relationships.
- Able to problem solve and create innovative solutions to difficult hiring challenges.
- Experience of using ATS/HRIS systems.
- Experience of working in-house within the tech sector is highly desirable.

Base: £40-50,000 dependent on level of experience
