Junior Commercial Property Solicitor, on a full-time and fixed-term basis of up to 9-12 months.
The salary is negotiable, but an initial guidance has been given at £34-£38/hour via umbrella company.
You will provide advice on property transactions, draft reports, leases, licences, and other property-related documents. The role reports to the Principal Solicitor in the team.
To apply you will:
- Be a UK-qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
- Be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of local government processes within a commercial property context.
- Be able to attend the office on a hybrid working basis of 3 days per week in the office.
Essential experience:
- Handling a caseload of commercial property matters.
- Drafting reports, leases, licences, and other commercial property-related documentation.
- Strong client relationship management.
