What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and improve production equipment to maximize uptime and streamline operations.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs, ensuring safe and efficient production.
- Manage a Planned Maintenance System, working proactively to prevent downtime.
- Develop technical documents and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners on equipment maintenance and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing or Engineering background, ideally with an engineering apprenticeship or HNC qualification.
- Hands-on experience in a medium-to-high volume production environment.
- Strong automation knowledge, including PLC logic and pneumatic system diagnostics.
- Mechanical & electrical fault-finding skills with experience using diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to write clear technical documentation.
