Asset Management Assistant

Salary £24,955 to £30,409 per annum (cost of living increase pending)
Permanent, 35 hours per week
We are seeking a team player with excellent customer services skills, to help coordinate and manage the delivery of our property maintenance service and improvement programmes. The role involves providing administrative support to the Property Services Team, maintaining accurate asset management records, and will involve liaison with, customers, colleagues and contractors to help deliver services in a customer focussed environment.
You’ll have excellent IT skills in the standard MS Office packages, i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be capable and enthusiastic with the ability to balance a varied workload. But most importantly, you will have a “can do” attitude and a desire to learn.
