Hours: 40 hours across 4 days, Monday to Friday – no weekends, no nights, no bank-holidays and no on-call!

Stroud Resourcing is excited to recruit for an Orthopaedic Lead (RGN/ODP) to join a welcoming and collaborative private hospital based in London. This full-time role offers a salary of £53,000 and excellent benefits. Within this role you can expect to enjoy a great work-life balance working 40 hours across 4 days, Monday to Friday – no weekends, no nights, no bank-holidays and no on-call!

This state-of-the-art specialist hospital in central London boasts 3 high-spec laminar flow theatres. They provide comprehensive surgical services including Orthopaedics, General, Colorectal, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, ENT, Cardiac, Respiratory, Urology, and Pain Management. With plans for expansion, it’s an incredibly exciting time to join!

In this Lead Scrub Practitioner role, you can expect to:

  1. Provide visible clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the Theatre team.
  2. Collaborate closely with a strong leadership team to grow the hospital’s Orthopaedics service.
  3. Ensure the preparation and readiness of operating theatres and suites.

To apply, you must be a qualified RGN (with NMC registration) or ODP (with HCPC registration) with experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner. We also welcome experienced Senior Theatre Practitioners looking to step into a management role. Experience in orthopaedics is essential.
