Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Advise on employment law compliance and ensure company policies remain up to date.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Travel to different sites as required, with weekly overnight stays.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an HR advisory role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive matters.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, with the ability to stay overnight weekly.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
