Regional Human Resources Advisor

The role requires flexibility as it involves weekly overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Advise on employment law compliance and ensure company policies remain up to date.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Travel to different sites as required, with weekly overnight stays.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in an HR advisory role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive matters.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, with the ability to stay overnight weekly.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
