Hourly rate: £12.94

Full time & Part Time Support Workers required!

Holding a UK valid Driving License is essential for this role!

Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire

Increased Hourly rate of £12.94 an hour.

We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team.

The successful Support Workers will support in a range of tasks such as; household tasks and maintenance of tenancy, personal care, support with medication, nutrition and activities. Some of our service users like to complete activities such as…..

We have a range of different service users ranging from 1 hour support up to 24 hour support with various shift patterns.

Our Support Workers experience variety and a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same and we place huge emphasis on the fact that our customers are individuals, at Mears Supported Living we feel everyone deserves to be treated as such.

Our main priority for this job role is to find the right people with the right values, skills attitudes that match our own! We’re seeking to recruit some great new support workers; people with the right values and behaviours to work in our care service – could this be you?

You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker. Above all we want someone that shares in our values.
