Job Description

Food & Beverage Operations Director

We\’re on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Operations Director to lead the charge in ensuring excellence across our UK and Netherlands, aligning our food and beverage services with brand standards while driving performance across every aspect of our operations.

The role will focus on the Food & Beverage margin enhancement, through menu engineering and review of the operating models at hotel level, whilst ensuring compliance with the rollout of the corporate led Procurement initiatives.

As the F&B Operations Director, your main tasks will be:

  • Ensuring menu alignment and consistency in terms of the product delivery across all hotels
  • Ensure compliance to group wide procurement initiatives
  • Review monthly sales mix and current F&B offerings, along with the supply chain
  • Review and improve the current operating model
  • Review performance against forecast and budget, developing a clear understanding of deviations to the plan and to identify opportunity and risk
  • Alongside the Corporate F&B Finance Business Partner and Corporate Restaurant & Bars team, complete a monthly review of F&B outlet performance
  • Assess the effectiveness of commercial activities supporting the Food & Beverage revenues of the group.
