Detailed Job Description:
-Extensive experience in a previous Client Solution leadership role where you have designed (or played a big role in designing) the Client Enterprise Architecture. This should include exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
-Strong Client solution design experience specifically in the banking industry and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around/develop solutions fast and effectively in a short period of time
-Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design/build with sufficient control in place
-Extensive experience in managing and developing a skilled team, supporting their development and growth
-Skilled in Core Client cloud configuration and customization (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience), declarative and programmatic Client tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems
-Client certifications in Administrator and Advance Admin and Application Architect System Architect (education Cloud Consultant and System Architect will be beneficial)
-Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and problem solving skills
