We\βre looking for anArea Operations Managerto join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team on the Anglian Water AllianceLocation : Kings Lynn, Norfolk- remote working availableHours : 45 hours per week β some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usThe Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Developer Services (IMRDS) is the team that maintains Anglian Water\βs water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service our customers including supplying new water connections and water mains to new developments.What will you be responsible for?As an Area Operations Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering high-performance operational programmes while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.Your day to day will include:Oversee all aspects of the reactive works programme, ensuring on-time, safe and budget compliant delivery while driving performance improvementsChampion a positive health & safety culture, targeting zero harm.
