Job Description
Project Manager – Construction – Manchester
We are working with a Northwest based contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to lead one of their prestigious projects in Manchester. The role is working in the industrial, commercial and public sector. More specifically, the projects in the North West are Commercial focused.
Roles, Skills and Qualifications
- Leading the Project, overseeing site management team
- Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing
- Developing project programmes
- Client facing, working alongside local authorities
- Organising and managing sub-contractors
- Working alongside commercial and design teams
- Chairing project meetings
- Providing weekly/monthly reports
- SMSTS
- First aid
- HNC/HND in Construction
- CSCS Managers card – NVQ level 6+
- Previous experience of leading multi-million £ construction projects
- Driving Licence
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Any other industry-related qualifications would be an advantage
