What About This Role?
We’re looking for a Product Marketer to join the marketing team. You’ll be a crucial part of ensuring our product resonates with HR and talent audiences, and stands out in a crowded market.
Day to day, you’ll be owning competitor and market analysis, strengthening our sales enablement efforts, managing product launch messaging and go-to-market (GTM) execution. As our first product marketer, this is a role with loads of ownership, autonomy and opportunity to make a huge difference in a fast growth business!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own competitor & market analysis: Track trends and refine our differentiation strategy.
- Lead sales enablement: Provide our sales teams with compelling positioning and messaging.
- Develop & execute GTM strategies: Manage product launches from ideation to execution.
- Drive product messaging: Ensure our messaging aligns with our users’ needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Digital, and Commercial teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Hard Skills (Technical):
- Positioning & Messaging: Ability to craft compelling messaging for HR audiences.
- GTM Planning & Execution: Experience in executing successful GTM campaigns.
- Project Management: Ability to coordinate teams, set clear goals, and drive execution.
- Data Analysis: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and communicate insights.
Soft Skills (Interpersonal):
- Communication: Strong ability to influence without authority across all levels.
- Organized: Able to juggle multiple campaigns while prioritizing key initiatives.
- Empathetic: Can step into the shoes of HR users to craft meaningful messaging.
- Collaborative: Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
