Project Accountant (3 months FTC)

This role is full time and fixed-term for 3 months and based in Glasgow, Scotland.

Role Purpose:

Working in the Real Estate Accounting Services team where the individual will be responsible for Technical Support and Accounts Reconciliation project work.

Key Responsibilities

PROJECTS AND TECHNICAL

• Undertake management and delivery of complex projects
• Undertake enhanced and elevated reporting as required
• Assist with onboarding of complex instructions
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide technical support to Adhoc urgent requests as necessary

CLIENTS AND PEOPLE SUPPORT

• Attending client and internal meetings as required
• Provide input to people managers on training matrix and modules to support talent mapping and development plans
• Feedback significant training concerns to people managers to support performance management and / or ongoing development need

Person Specifications / Requirements

• Technical understanding of trial balance;
• Technical understanding of reconciliations;
• Ability to interpret financial data
• Experience in a professional financial services environment
• Understanding of Real Estate transactions.
