Systems Accountant, Hybrid, Haywards Heath
Your new company
Our not-for-profit client is looking to recruit a Systems Accountant for a hybrid role.
Your new role
You will have experience in systems accounting and be part of the financial and systems accounting function. You will be responsible for maintaining the Finance and Income Management Systems, ensuring that the systems meet the needs of the organisation and that \”business-as-usual\” is maintained. Leading in the implementation of any new developments of both the Financial Management System (FMS) and the Income Management System (IMS). You will also act as a technical liaison with third-party suppliers and/or external consultants regarding support issues such as fault reporting, implementation, or upgrades, ensuring that a knowledge base is regularly updated to allow joint problem resolution. You will also lead on retendering key systems and contracts (including credit card merchant, core financial system, income system, etc.) as appropriate and according to the business plan.
What you\’ll need to succeed
You will ideally be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant or Qualified by experience with strong systems skills along with good communication skills.

This is a hybrid role, ideally 2 days a week in the office, 3 remote, enhanced pension and holiday entitlement.
