Job Description
We are currently mandated by a top US firm looking to build out their London-based Competition team. They typically advise across various industries, including private equity, media, telecoms, technology and financial services, offering a comprehensive range of competition law matters. The role will largely be focused on EU and cross-border merger control, foreign direct investments as well EU cartel investigations.
The team is highly regarded and has been praised for its first-rate legal knowledge, strong commercial expertise and efficient management of complex matters; they are recognised by multiple publications as a leading firm within this practice area.
Candidates should be between NQ and 5PQE with existing experience from a top-tier competition practice. Applicants should also be intellectually rigorous and have exposure handling merger control matters with a strong understanding of EU and UK competition regulations.
