As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Lead new sales generation, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
  • Understand the business objectives of your customers and perform a value-driven sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
  • Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions.
  • Create ROI and business justification reports based off of a data driven approach.
  • Run tight POCs based off of business success criteria.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with $1M+ quota and top performer track record.
  • Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of generative AI and a familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Previous experience working with teammates including SEs, executives & engineers.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent English, and fluency in Spanish.

  • Effective, repeatable methods for uncovering opportunities and building out a new territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience: Prior experience in technical sales.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of market trends in AI, LLM, quantum computing and related technologies.
