Area Sales Manager – Health & Fitness Operator – Central London

Circa £38,000 basic, £12,000 commission potential + benefits

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager covering central London for an award-winning health and fitness operator who is growing at a rapid rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, coach, support, develop, and inspire a team of membership sales managers and sales consultants to realize their full potential.
  • Support sites with the development and delivery of sales and marketing plans including outreach and lead generation campaigns.
  • Regularly review individual and site performance, identify risks, opportunities, and implement solutions to mitigate risks and improve sales performance.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the business, especially the General Managers.
  • Lead by example in delivering sales calls and selling memberships.
  • Hybrid working once established with the expectation to be in sites at least 3 days a week.

The Person:

  • Inspiring, driven, commercial with a can-do attitude.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Strong on coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
  • Membership Sales Management experience within the health and fitness market, possibly as an experienced Senior Sales Manager, Club Manager, or General Manager.
  • Ideally multi-site sales management experience possibly as a Cluster Manager, Contract Sales Manager, or Area Sales Manager.
  • Evidence of high performance in previous roles.
  • A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business.
  • Living in or close to London for an easy commute.
