Financial Planning Analyst – London (Hybrid, 3 days per week) £65,000-£80,000 benefits A high-growth UK & Ireland healthcare logistics distribution and supply chain business is seeking an FP&A professional to take full ownership of the FP&A function. The company supports clinics with skincare products and end-to-end services including software, training and e-pharmacy solutions, and is modernising its platform. The Role Operating as the sole financial planning analyst, you will own financial planning, modelling and commercial insight across the business. Responsibilities include: Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting Building and maintaining integrated financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) Scenario and sensitivity modelling to support strategic decisions Variance analysis and performance reporting with clear commercial insight Partnering with senior stakeholders on pricing, cost control and investment decisions ROI and capex analysis, plus ongoing process and reporting improvements The Candidate Part-qualified or qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) 3 years\’ financial planning analyst experience, ideally in a high-growth SME environment Strong, hands-on financial modelling experience Proven experience owning a full P&L Comfortable working independently with end-to-end FP&A responsibility Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
