Are you passionate about helping others and providing top-notch customer service? At we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Advisor to be the first point of contact for our valued end-user and reseller customers. You’ll offer expert advice and personalized recommendations via phone, email, and live chat, efficiently handle order and account requests, and provide proactive support to enhance the customer experience. Working closely with a supportive team and reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Support, you’ll make a real difference by helping customers find the right products and solutions. What you will be responsible for:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Responding to customer account inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring resolutions align with service standards.
    • Documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
    • Staying updated with the latest processes and procedures.
  2. Order Processing:
    • Processing orders from the website, purchase orders received via email or fax, and cross-border shipments.
    • Providing pricing and availability and preparing formal quotations.
    • Responding to post-sale inquiries related to order management.
    • Ensuring all orders are processed according to established procedures and expectations.
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    • Reviewing and approving new reseller applications.
    • Assisting with creating credit note requests and customer accounts.
    • Supporting initiatives and value-add internal tasks such as wire-transfer payments, training new employees, or other tasks as assigned.
    • Assuming various project work and tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a technical environment.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate various software efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Learning Attitude: A curious mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
  5. Time Management: Strong skills in managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
