Job Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Executive to join a dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you will manage and implement our paid media strategies, focusing on Paid Social campaigns. Your efforts will be pivotal in driving targeted traffic, generating leads/sales, and maximising conversions.
Develop and execute high-impact paid media campaigns for both current and potential clients.
Ensure exceptional campaign performance and deliver high ROI for clients.
Set up campaigns to align with client objectives and establish measures to achieve KPIs.
Utilise tools and software such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other available resources to formulate optimal keyword/conversion tracking strategies.
Provide training and development in areas where you possess advanced knowledge.
Develop monthly reports and effectively communicate campaign results to senior management.
Implement A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and increase conversion rates.
Develop strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
Communicate with clients via email and phone to discuss project updates
Requirements:
2 years Agency experience desirable
Ideally, has worked within the beauty sector or on e-commerce campaigns.
Proven experience in managing Paid Social campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Passionate and experienced in , Facebook, and Instagram (knowledge of other platforms such as Bing, LinkedIn, and Programmatic is desirable but not essential).
Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to deeply understand our customers and their digital experience from their perspective.
Track record of delivering high-quality projects that generate positive returns for clients.
