Senior Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame & Groundworks
Location: West London
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Package / Benefits (LTD or PAYE)
About the Company
Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundworks. They have a turnover of over £150 million per annum, with project values varying from £10m – £20m. Their expertise spans a wide range of infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects.
About the Role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £20m.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with the end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring the delivery of payment while developing future client relationships.
Requirements
- Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
- Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
- 3+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
