Thriving North West Practice. Unique opportunity in the market. Whilst already well established, and for reasons that can be discussed with relevant and interested parties, a new opportunity has arisen to lead the Commercial Property Team within this office.
Gravitas, team leadership, and business development skills are essential. A personal following, whilst welcome, is not essential. The management team provides strong and effective leadership. It is a supportive and down-to-earth culture, and one where personal success is rewarded. There is a flexible and hybrid working policy.
A following is not a pre-requisite, albeit we expect the role will appeal to lawyers with a personal portfolio of clients and referrers; in which case, remuneration would be tailored to the individual.
