Description
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and explanations during the audit process.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other ad hoc reports.
- Review and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial regulations.
- Provide technical accounting support and guidance on complex issues such as acquisitions, disposals, or changes in accounting standards.
- Implement and enhance accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the finance team with various projects, including system upgrades or integrations, as needed.
- Prepare and present financial analysis and reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Review intercompany transactions, ensuring correct consolidation and reconciliation processes are in place.
- Help streamline reporting and accounting procedures, providing suggestions for continuous improvement.
