An experienced Business Analyst is required to join a leading international legal firm at the forefront of digital transformation and modern workplace initiatives. As a Business Analyst, your expertise will shape the discovery phase of a new digital transformation program, crucially contributing to maximizing the firm’s investment in productivity and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and project teams to understand project outcomes and maintain the requirements log.
- Develop solution options, ensuring alignment with Strategy and Architecture guidelines.
- Advocate for business needs with a commercial mindset, capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
- Lead project meetings, track progress, and manage risks; support Business Change Management for user adoption.
- Design and create communications, intranet content, and change materials.
- Present project updates to all management levels through various mediums.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Law firm/legal services sector experience.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Prince 2) and IT best practices (ITIL).
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, Document Management Systems (e.g., iManage Work), and Legal Tech tools (e.g., BigHand, Litera, Nuance).
- Track record of logical analysis to identify viable solutions and breakdown complex problems.
- Ability to work with user groups to define project success.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT applications, Microsoft, and document production products.
- Effective relationship-building across all organizational levels.
- Experience in relaying detailed information to non-experts for actionable results.
- Financial tracking tools experience for budget monitoring.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
