Overview:
Together for Colwyn Bay Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Voluntary Finance Director. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the financial aspects of our organisation, ensuring responsible management of funds and supporting our mission to serve the community of Colwyn Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight:
Manage the organisation’s finances, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial stability in conjunction with the Director of Operations and Staff Team. - Prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors, providing insight into the organisation’s financial health.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. - Maintain accurate financial records and oversee audits as necessary.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to relevant stakeholders, such as donors and grantors.
Qualifications:
