You\’ll be fully supported by a talented in-house team across Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Admin, empowering you to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and or Europe, ensuring alignment with the company\’s product range and strengths.
  2. Build and execute effective sales strategies to secure high-profile retail clients.
  3. Collaborate closely with partner factories in China, India, and Italy to create product ranges that meet client needs.
  4. Manage key accounts from the initial pitch to successful onboarding.
  5. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company\’s growth.
  7. Monitor and manage costs, ensuring they stay within budget limits.
  8. Work closely with the design team to develop products tailored to client demands.
  9. Negotiate pricing to achieve margin and profitability goals.
