We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.As a Facilities Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. - Handle enquiries for bookings received by email and telephone promptly and effectively
- Process booking forms and distribute to the Mess Accountant
- Input bookings onto Excel spread sheets, ensuring that the data is up to date at all times
- Ensure that stocks of items such as crockery, cutlery and beverages are replenished
