Job Description
Brightwork are pleased to advertise Day and Night Host positions on behalf of our prestigious drinks client, based in Keith. The position has a pivotal role to play in helping the team to deliver excellent customer service / hospitality to all guests staying on site.
Your Time at Work
Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to:
– Welcoming guests, including going through health and safety procedures and showing guests to their rooms.
– Deliver in house experiences to guests.
– Prepare eatery and drinking areas; ensuring the bar is fully stocked and the coffee machine is ready for guests in the mornings.
– Answer the phone and respond to any queries guests have during their stay.
– Liaise with the chef to pick out suitable wines and whisky's for dinner.
– Tidy up rooms after guests and entertainment have finished for the night.
– Clean and set fire pits.
– Housekeeping of the rooms and social areas.
– Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
Our Perfect Worker
The successful candidate will have hospitality background and will provide excellent customer service. Knowledge on whisky would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided. The role can be physically demanding and the successful candidate will be able to manage their time effectively.
Key Information and Benefits
Shifts can vary between 7am-5pm for the Day Host and 4pm-11pm/11pm-7am for the Night Host which can include weekends. Flexibility around days is required as holiday cover will be part of the role.
