The Contracts Advisor is a key role supporting the Head of Legal to protect the company’s legal interests and business operations. This position enhances all contract management activities, covering the entire contract life cycle.
The role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced contract specialist to:
- implement best practices and high standards of service
- address the growing demands of our customers, partners, and suppliers by providing expert advice during contract formation, review, and negotiation
- support projects with contract management activities, including handling changes, claims, and legal correspondence, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial strategy, policies, goals, processes, and guidelines
We’re looking for someone who is:
- a qualified Lawyer with commercial vision (or significant non-qualified experience)
- specialised in contract law
- 5+ years experience in international contracting
- aware of legal and regulatory matters and contract management across the whole contract lifecycle
- Aware of risks associated with global operations and turn-key type technology/engineering contracts within the maritime and/or energy sector (EPC, EPCI, I&T Data Management ideal)
