The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

The Box Office Manager establishes an excellent working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the festival box office system is appropriately configured and ready for the festival programme launch. They are then responsible for monitoring and maintaining the system, tracking and reporting audience allocations and sales through to (and during) the festival. They will manage the Box Office team, with a remit to maintain the highest standards of customer care, making sure any issues that arise are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Contract Details

  • Fixed-term contract: 10th March to 26th June 2025. 10th March – 2 days per week, 17th March – 3 days per week, 14th April – Full time until 26th June. Total days: 70, accruing 7 days holiday.
