You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas systems across a range of sites, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial premises. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems, boilers, and heating appliances. * Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients. * Install, commission, and upgrade gas systems in compliance with current regulations. * Conduct gas safety inspections and issue relevant certification. * Work collaboratively with other engineers and subcontractors on larger projects. * Maintain accurate records of all work completed and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. Requirements: * Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A). * Experience working with commercial heating and gas systems in office buildings, retail sites, or industrial environments. * Full UK driving license (company van provided). * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. * Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
