Job Description:
Are you an experienced Launch Manager with a passion for gaming, VR/MR ecosystems, and content distribution? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead operations programmes that support the launch and post-launch success of gaming, application, and media content on a business store.
About the Role:
As a Launch Manager, you will provide white-glove technical, operational, and strategic support to developers and creators launching applications and virtual experiences. You will work across multiple teams, ensuring smooth product releases and delivering an exceptional experience for content creators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the launch of new products and applications
- Provide technical and operational assistance to developers and internal teams
- Manage multiple projects with fluctuating deadlines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Act as a Secondary Launch Manager for high-profile MR (Mixed Reality) titles
- Serve as a subject matter expert on submission and publishing workflows
- Report on trends and advocate for platform-level improvements
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise internal support services
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in app/game production, operations, QA, or developer relations
- Strong technical literacy and experience working with product, engineering, and design teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Familiarity with video game, VR, and MR ecosystems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Programme management experience
- Experience in Release or Launch Management
- Fluent in two or more EMEA languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
