Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market-leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long-term career progression.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out modifications and installations when required.
  2. Maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
  3. Providing a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and liaising with contractors or external suppliers where required.
  4. Completing any required paperwork and producing reports accurately and on a timely basis.
  5. Carrying out work to high standards and in line with current company policies and procedures.
  6. Reporting any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.
  7. Ensuring own work and work of those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar.
  2. Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330.
  3. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
  4. 18th edition.
  5. Ideally, you will have test and inspect 2391.
  6. A full, current driving licence.
  7. IT literate for record keeping.
  8. Good customer service skills.
