We are working with a highly reputable investment management firm who are looking to hire a Client Associate to join the team. The position is based in London, with the primary responsibility for providing client service support.

Reporting directly to the Product Specialist, the Client Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:

  1. Prepare and complete Request for Proposals (RFPs) and respond/update to DDQs, as required.
  2. Collate and produce communication/marketing materials; including presentations for internal and external meetings, welcome packs, etc.
  3. Proactively support the team by maintaining data, internal systems and client distributions lists.
  4. Assist with organising various events including annual meetings and quarterly webcasts.
  5. Actively contribute to broader projects across the department including projects centred around executing new initiatives.

The Client Associate will meet the following skillset:

  1. 3-5 years’ experience working in real estate investments or investment management.
  2. Experience in collating RFPs.
  3. Experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce and/or SharePoint, would be desirable.
  4. The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  5. Client focused with the determination to exceed expectations.
  6. Proactive and well-organised individual with strong analytical skills.

This role sits within Real Assets, although no prior experience of Real Assets or alternatives is required.
