Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert styling advice in women’s ready-to-wear, ensuring every client receives a tailored and memorable experience.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through refined clienteling skills.
• Consistently drive and exceed personal and boutique sales targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the maison’s heritage, elegance, and values.
• Support client events and private appointments, creating an exclusive shopping atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience within luxury retail, specialising in women’s ready-to-wear.
• A strong background in clienteling, with the ability to develop and maintain an international clientele.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural flair for building trust and loyalty.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Genuine passion for Italian craftsmanship, fashion, and luxury lifestyle.
