A fantastic opportunity has arisen foranexperienced Operations Manager todevelop and manage a number of large onsite operations covering the London area for a customer who is a large Food Manufacturer , in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements. With great operational skills and the ability to motivate and develop your team, you will have great leadership skills. Job Description:

  • Develop and motivate your team to increase revenue and hit targets
  • Conduct regular one to ones with your staff ensuring the quality of candidates is kept to a high standard as per the SLA
  • Take responsibility for the P&L, maximising the profitability with KPI\’s evaluating success with reaching targets
  • Provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Deliver business improvement
  • Lead change

  • Proven experience of managing multi-site accounts
