A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to develop and manage a number of large on-site operations covering the London area for a customer who is a large Food Manufacturer, in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements. With great operational skills and the ability to motivate and develop your team, you will have great leadership skills.

Job Description:

• Develop and motivate your team to increase revenue and hit targets.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones with your staff ensuring the quality of candidates is kept to a high standard as per the SLA.
• Take responsibility for the P&L, maximising profitability with KPI’s evaluating success with reaching targets.
• Provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Deliver business improvement.
• Lead change.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience of managing multi-site accounts.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Strong focus on service.
• Customer focused with exceptional organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

Educated to A-level standard.
