Transport Supervisor Role
The Transportation Supervisor oversees the scheduling, operation, and maintenance of all transportation systems and personnel. They are responsible for creating efficient routes, managing drivers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Your Purpose
The purpose of a Transportation Supervisor is to oversee, coordinate, and manage the daily operations of a transportation department. This includes, but is not limited to, recruiting, training, and supervising staff; coordinating schedules; monitoring budgets; and overseeing the maintenance of equipment. The Transportation Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that safety regulations are met and that the operation is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
