A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global hedge fund as an Investor Relations Associate. The Investor Relations Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Create and deliver marketing materials to be distributed to new and existing clients.
- Assist the teamβs due diligence process by organising meetings and collating follow-up feedback.
- Prepare and organise investor events, including preparing presentations and materials.
- Proactively manage the internal systems and CRM platforms used by the team.
- Work closely with the team to respond to client and investor queries.
- Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc project management tasks across the team, as they arise.
The Investor Relations Associate will meet the following skillset:
- Relevant client services/client relationships experience within the investment management or hedge fund industry.
- Strong knowledge of hedge funds and/or investment management.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and well-organised individual with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work as a team, whilst also demonstrating initiative and flexibility where necessary.
