Your strong understanding of the print coupled with your passion for customer service will allow you to hit the ground running in this role, providing a seamless experience for a set list of clients.
Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service. You will develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with high efficiency and responds to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner. Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses will also be expected to be carried out within the target response time.
You must be on the ball, continuously confirming, monitoring, and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget, and quality standards. This Account Manager role needs an organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
