Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity to get started with a well-known bakery in the North of Glasgow!
We're seeking reliable and motivated individuals to become Night Shift Production Operatives within our prestigious food production and manufacturing client.
Schedule: 8pm to 8am, Sunday to Wednesday
Pay rate: 13.28 per hour (weekly pay)
Working as a Night Shift Production Operative, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Operating light machinery to produce a variety of products
- Picking and packing finished products
- Conducting quality checks throughout the entire process
- Transporting trays of goods to fridges and trolleys
- Ensuring the working area is clean and free from obstacles
- Following company instructions and procedures
- Any other general production duties as required
To be successful within this Night Shift Production Operative role, you will ideally have previous experience within a production/manufacturing environment – with work in a food/bakery environment a distinct advantage. You will also have the following skills and traits:
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
- An excellent level of hygiene
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
