What you will be doing as a Reservations Supervisor:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement reservations procedures and supervise the reservations team.
- Coordinate that all reservations personnel perform their duties correctly.
- Handle all group accommodation for London.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts.
- Contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business.
You are a flexible and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. If you are an excellent communicator and problem solver, this role will help you develop these skills further and your leadership skills will expand as you effectively manage and motivate your colleagues. You should have previous experience in reservations and be driven to succeed and deliver the best results.
