The Opportunity:

As a Swedish Client Service Associate, you will be part of an energetic environment managing daily tasks at one of the world\’s preeminent private money managers. You are encouraged to ask questions, improve processes, and propose innovative solutions. The Day-to-Day:

  • Every day is different! You will liaise with Sales Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with top banks (custodians) to assist with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Gain exposure to other European markets.
  • Support Investment Counsellors with client relationship management and operational inquiries.
  • Assist in producing reports on prospective clients.
  • Develop expertise in multiple subjects as you take on more responsibilities.
  • Report to your Client Service Team Leader, who will support your training and professional development.

Your Qualifications:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus).
  • Native or fluent Swedish and English skills.
  • Strong communication skills to connect with diverse audiences via phone and email.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to quality work and meeting deadlines.
