Assembly & Test Technician We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Assembly & Test Technician for a leading engineering company based in Netley, Southampton. Introduction The primary role of the Assembly & Test Technician will be to provide support to the engineering team with mechanical testing as well as the assembly, repair build of the site\’s products to high specifications. Responsibilities: * Setting up, preparation and testing mechanical assemblies. * Recording and processing test result data * Maintain strict company health and safety guidelines Ideal Experience: * Previous experience within mechanical assembly or mechanical test * Ability to use hand tools * Ability to read assembly / engineering drawings and work to instructions * Attention to detail * IT literate with Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Any experience with composites, hydraulics, or 3D CAD would be an advantage Hours: Day Shift – Flex on start and finish times Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 Benefits: Pension, Healthcare Scheme, Flexible start and finish times If you could be interested in this Assembly & Test Technician opportunity, please apply and we\’ll be in touch to arrange a call
