What we expect from you:
Our stockroom responsible ensures that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of the store. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Maintain a healthy stock level in store, ensuring that all inbound and outbound movements are managed efficiently following the company guidelines.
- Control replenishment KPI to be in line with company expectations.
- Be responsible for ONLINE organisation, managing daily deadlines and maximising online packages to increase store productivity.
- Contribute to fluid communication with the front of house and all the departments in store.
- Motivate and develop your team.
- Be an ambassador for our company\’s sustainability project.
