Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge in civil engineering? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee day-to-day activities on plot works schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Assess environmental impact and risks associated with projects
- Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements
- Monitor progress, manage materials, and ensure technical compliance
- Prepare detailed weekly programmes, progress reports, and variation reports
- Manage site resources, ensuring timely delivery of works
- Support project planning, design, and management
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer care and communication
- Experience in new build plot sector within civil engineering (£100k - £4M project values)
- CSCS Gold Card (minimum)
- 5-day Site Managers Safety Certificate
- First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Project
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Candidate would need to have experience in plotworks up to DPC.
