As a Sales Consultant with the Account Management Team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with current clients via phone/email outreach as well as utilizing a client’s network to introduce new clients to Vista. Sales Consultants work closely with a regional group of New Business Sales people to manage and build their team\’s book of business while improving their own sales capabilities. This position is a stepping stone to become a Director of Sales and manage your own book of business. Your Responsibilities Manage and grow a book of business while identifying opportunities to upsell clients through Vista’s range of flying solutions. Preparing tailored email cadences and outreach sequences to drive client/prospect interaction. Handling incoming call and email requests from customers. Conducting research to better improve the CRM database and build richer profiles to understand client’s needs. Ensuring the database is accurate and up-to-date at all times – including logging calls, emails and information after sales meetings. Reaching out to previous members and lost sales opportunities to learn more about the accounts and rebuild relationships. Setting face-to-face and virtual meetings for the VP of Sales. Understanding customer trip needs and articulating options that best suit their requirements. Maintain continued customer contact post-sale to ensure efficient and effective account management. Conduct frequent check-ins with clients and be readily available for ad-hoc queries or feedback. Providing weekly & monthly KPI reports – including lead source tracking, calls made, emails sent, meetings set, activities accomplished and closed/won deals. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Previous Sales experience in inbound or outbound selling. Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce & Salesloft) and sales pipeline management. Comfortable with presenting and selling to HNWI’s and C-suite executives. Organized and self-motivated. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving. Comfortable with a fast-paced sales environment and capable of prioritizing competing needs. Previous experience in the aviation industry is not required but desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
