Based in Bucks, our client is a multi-disciplined Sub-Contractor specializing in Façade systems, Dry Lining, Decorating, Tiling, and Fire stopping. They have built an outstanding industry reputation on delivering first-class construction packages within various sectors, including High-End Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Educational, and Health.
Throughout their 20-year establishment, they’ve spearheaded the industry with a dynamic approach and have built/maintained strong client relationships with some of the UK’s largest construction firms including Kier, Galliford Try, ISG, Multiplex, and McLaren. They currently have an annual turnover pushing £60m, and their prime focus is on packages ranging from £1m to £20m, working within London and Surrounding Counties.
About the Opportunity:
Due to successful tendering and our client striving for business growth, there’s a new opening for an experienced Contracts Manager within their Facades division. The individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects with packages typically valuing between £1m to £20m, which can be a variety of recladding schemes and new build façade packages.
You’ll be working closely alongside the Managing Director and Operations Manager to ensure each project is programmed and delivered to the highest standards by overseeing procurement, quality, budget control, and client management.
The role will be located across various sites, which are predominantly in London and Home Counties, with occasional meetings at their Head Office in Bourne End.
- Working alongside preconstruction teams (Design and Tendering)
- Programming / planning
- Troubleshooting any design and installation issues

Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Senior Project Management or Contracts Management position working with a Facades specialist. Must have full competency in Facades, Cladding, and Glazing and must be able to chair client meetings. Degree qualified or progressive trade background. Most importantly, the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress their career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.
